You send in your damper rods, and they will be disassembled, inspected for wear, and then rebuilt with custom lowering spacers installed to your specified length (the before and after photos in this product listing are of a 60mm drop). This leaves you with the simple task of cutting or replacing your springs to match, with full guidance provided by Dan.
After extensive research and development, these spacers have been specifically designed for Airhead models. Precision-engineered from aviation-grade aluminium, they are not just a loose piece of tubing that rattles inside your forks. Instead, they are designed to be securely held in place by the damper springs and are carefully milled to ensure they do not restrict oil flow.
The spacers are made to order, so please allow a few days for your dampers to be shipped back to you.
